All New appointments are Face to Face
Please use your child's details when booking, not your own.
Depending on type of appointment, you will need to complete 1 or 2 detailed forms.
I have clinics in Liverpool and Manchester. Please select.
ADHD Assessment (Self-Referral). Please contact me before booking so I can share relevant questionnaires that will need completing before first appointment.
Liverpool Clinic (Fridays). Fee £999 (pay when you book below) + QbTest (booked and paid via Impact Healthcare £325 LINK )
Manchester Clinic (Tuesdays and some Saturdays). Fee £999 (assessment) + QbTest (Booked via this website £300).
Treatment Consultation (with established ADHD diagnosis). Fee £450. If diagnosed elsewhere, Please email the full diagnostic report before the appointment.
General Consultation. Fee £450. Contact me before booking to discuss your concerns.
AYC Psychology Referrals. Fee £500.
Focus Mental Health referrals please select FMH appointment.

QbTest Clinic Manchester
(age range 6-60)

QbTest fee is £300 and on Fridays.
Important information before booking. A QbTest is not suitable for the following individuals: children younger than 6 years; significant intellectual disabilities; severe sensory or physical impairments; severe language or communication difficulties; Individuals who cannot maintain attention for 15-20 minutes; certain, uncorrected, color blindness or visual impairment; severe stress or anxiety.

Review Appointments

All review appointments are video but face to face on request and need.
Select Medication or General Review
ADHD Medication Review (£150 : 30 mins).
General Review (£250 : 45mins). For all general review patients eg developmental, or any long complex discussions. Can also be used for meetings with both parent and other professionals eg teacher, therapist etc.
For F2F review appointment please contact me directly.
After booking appointment then please check you have received aconfirmation email.

Review / Follow up Appointment
Prescription Request
Only use this if you require a prescription in between appointments. If it can wait I will issue / post a prescription after an appointment.
Please request a prescription by using the booking system below. It is not an appointment just a way of logging a request so that I can track the request and manage workload. I can only do so many per day. Postage Fee is £20.
In ‘Reason for Visit’ section please write Brand and Dose required. Further information regarding medication LINK
Prescription will then be posted out via special delivery usually within 48hrs (working days) of the date booked. Due to workload there can be a delay with this. You will get a confirmation email.
Please note: I will only issue further prescriptions if review appointments are kept to schedule. Please refer to last clinic letter.
Any medication queries will need to be addressed via a medication review appointment please.
